You know, I think this is one of the most intelligent things they have ever said. At least they know Canada and France aren’t near each other.
In a way I am impressed at their improved geographical knowledge…but in another I despair that they have lived their whole lives apparently not knowing anything about Canada despite the fact it is one of their neighboring countries!
I doubt they even know that Cananda and the USA are neighbouring (yes, I spelt it with a ‘u’) countries.
To be fair, most Americans know nothing about their neighbouring countries. Many don’t know anything about their neighbouring states.
